Talk on Importance of PES Day and the Theme

Overview

IEEE PES SBC VJEC in association with IEEE PES SBC LBS CEK conducted a talk on Importance of PES Day and the Theme as a part of PES Day 2021 celebration on 25th April 2021 at 5.00 PM (IST) through Google meet. The program started with an introduction by Sreenivas P (IEEE Volunteer, IEEE SB LBS CEK). The session was handled by Er. Anandhu S Kumar (Regional Coordinator, PES Day 2021). The session covered the history of PES Day and its importance, and the speaker briefed the impact and networking opportunities of PES Day Ambassadors. The talk lasted for 1 hour, followed by a 30-minute questionnaire session. The coordinators organized the event smoothly and received good cooperation from the participants. A very interactive session was held, with around 60 delegates participating. The vote of thanks was delivered by Riyana Anwar (Secretary, IEEE PES SBC VJEC).

Participation

Around 60 delegates participated. The event included a 30-minute questionnaire session after the one-hour talk. No registration fee, certificates, or winners/prizes are stated in the report.
